Option 1 - within structure
 
1) Navigate in the structure-tree to the folder level in which the new shortcut should be created.
2) Click on the left side the link “add a shortcut”.
3) The following page is divided into two different areas. On the top there are two inputfields for the infoID: mainpart and versionnumber. Below there is a search mask that is used to retrieve infoIDs.

4) A search request generates a result list. Choose one of the infoID-links to fill out the form on the top automatically. The left infoID creates a shortcut to a specific version. The right infoID creates a shortcut that links always to the latest version available. Naturally you can fill out the input-mask per hand also.
5) Click "next>>" to complete the shortcut.
