Error message when asking for a new password?
 
You enter as required your username and your email address, but still receiving only an error message?

Please check that you enter the same up and lower case letters in your email and username, exactly as you typed them in during registration!

In some cases, it is possible that there was a blank space at the end of your email during registration, which could be the reason for the problems.
