M.A. Max Harnonocourt was born on the 14th of May, 1971 in Graz. He has studied "Business Administration" in the WU-Vienna (University of Economics), where he has specialized in "Information management and informatics" and has finished this study in 1995. During, and after finishing his study he has worked for the news agency Reuters, meanwhile in 1997 founding the structure of an agency for sustainable development ("proCourage").
During a project concerning setting up an information and discussion platform for renewable energy in the internet, the idea of developing a standard web-based product for knowledge communities came to his mind and thus the factline company was founded.
Max Harnoncourt, acting as a leading the business partner, is the responsible person for conceptions and the products development
