FIRST STEPS

15 May SU: thematic clusters should be proposed by faculties and institutes

20 May nav: workshop agenda sent to Skopje

27 May nav/SU: workshop on mobility in Skopje

TOPICS TO BE DISCUSSED IN THE WORKSHOP:

The mobility project in general should go beyond SU and include also other universities.

Mobility should NOT be a one-way road (AT – MK only) it should include all kinds of

· exchange programs in both directions including

· common projects and

· partnership agreements.

In the first workshop we should establish a procedure how to approach guest teachers, projects and possible partner universities. My first suggestion would be to establish some kind of electronic exchange board :

lectures in product marketing may 2004

participation in rural development program sept 2003

(name e-mail)

…….

This list should be actively promoted and “sold” from both sides.

Decisions should be made by project management in regular meetings.

TIMING

The first guest lecturers will be available in summer semester 2004. According to Austrian University procedures agreements for this time schedule have to made in early autumn.
